  Please do not go here. At first the experience of getting my furniture here was good. I wouldn't say great that was on Wednesday afternoon. They promised my furniture would be here today "Friday" from 12-8 and I actually went up there just to double check they were going to deliver to me today spent my whole day waiting NEVER SHOWED UP. By the way it is 6pm now. And I call them was on hold for 35 mins call back automatically put me on hold. Hanged up again put me on hold again FINALLY talked to a employee for them just to tell me my furniture isn't coming today. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! And by the way they do not care that you are a upset customer they are really rude. Now I'm in an apartment with no furniture. Cancelled my order and going somewhere else. That's how bad my experience was with this location. DO NOT GO THERE GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!

  This place does not even qualify for 1 star! The customer service is the worse. The staff has no professional experience. I myself lead by example, so I suppose the employees are only doing and acting as they are being taught. The regional manager Buzz/ Bud whatever his name is just cares about numbers not customer service. I send a tv for repairs which took 2 or more months, just to bring me something completely different. I buy what I like I wasn't given a chance of choosing something different or did i even receive a courtesy call explaining what was wrong with the tv I sent in. During this 2 months wait for my t.v. they did call for payment. I told them why would i pay for it now and I don't even have it?? I am still awaiting an answer. I don't recommend this store at all. I have been using Aaron's for many years but this has me thinking just save the money & buy cash else where.

  They are very unprofessional liars and they do not communicate at all with people but they also make things up about ou i feel the manager at the store on aldine bender is a e predictor because when i went in there and did not acknowledge the fact that he wanted my number i was told i cannot rent there anymore when my mother paid off 3 accounts on my name ..and i want to speak to someone in corporate .
