  This is my experience just recently with this store. I place an online order on September 20th. I get an email stating that I will get a call within 2-3 days. And that no money will be charged to my husbands card until the merchandise was delivered. I have previously worked as a Sales Manager at a Rent a Center in GA. I had heard "Aarons" was better than Rent a Center. Well after this experience I think this is by far the worst company! So I initially had to call them on Thursday, because they never called for starters. I was so upset the 1st person on the phone had no idea what in the heck was going on, told me to call the following day Friday. I call back Friday only to be told that my merchandise will not be delivered until Wednesday. I immediately proceeded to ask for the Manager. The Manager apologized. I simply told him I wanted a refund, because the merchandise was already paid for yet I do not have the merchandise and NO ONE HAS MADE THE ATTEMPT to contact me!! So he apologized. I thought this person seemed more professional. We agreed to get the merchandise delivered Saturday between 11-4. Well here we have it...Saturday the day we agreed on. 4 rolls around, I call them. According to the same manager I spoke to the day prior, and had this agreement with...Well my application was not reviewed. Someone made an attempt to contact me earlier in the am. All a crack of bull! Not once did I get a phone call. He stated previously I was approved. Now all of a sudden I am not. In the end, they do not GIVE A CRAP ABOUT ANYONE AS A HUMAN BEING, they have no customer service, they are not honest, and do not deliver when they should. I have been a Manager in Retail for over 10yrs. I understand money keeps your job, and customer do not need the crap!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I will take my business else where. Lack of team work!!
